Tomas Milligan

I’m Tom, born and bred here in Saskatoon! Growing up I was obsessed with basketball, Pokémon, and of course art. Whilst living in Winnipeg, I started a commission-based art business (charcoalfingerss), specializing in tiny pet portraits, which later morphed into my current tattoo page after getting an opportunity in the industry.

I have always felt a calling for tattooing. I picked up on it quickly & soon found my niche as a fine line tattoo artist, but more recently have enjoyed incorporating bold, illustrative lines into my work while ensuring I stay true to my roots. An unexpected upside of my job is the social aspect. I always enjoy chatting with my clients, whether they’re new or returning, and look forward to building lasting relationships with everyone who sits in my chair. I have a passion for artistry and desire to ensure every one of my client’s leaves feeling better than when they came in
